Welcome to Bio Energy Resources Ltd. (BERL) a Malawian company, established in 2006, with the sole purpose of producing bio fuel on a commercial basis within a sustainable framework.

BERL is promoting the planting of Jatropha curcas as a feedstock for the production of bio fuel. The Jatropha will be grown as an additional cash crop by smallholder farmers through contract growing with BERL and the oil will be blended with fossil diesel in Malawi, for Malawi.
